The Problem
Electrolux it’s one of the biggest home appliances companies in the world. In Brazil, Electrolux, offers installation and maintenance services of their products for customers. They ask us to create an app for technicians find the customers who needs to hire them, accept orders, see orders details and communicate with customers.
The Solution
We use our app Helpie! Pro features to create a very easy to use app for Electrolux. We understand the differences of users and their journeys to adapt our solution and make it tailor-made for Electrolux partner technicians.
